I put this on facebook last night after three glass of red wine served as my dinner. I got bored and got busy…with my mac.

Remember Friendly’s??? God, I loved that place growing up. I might actually go when I’m on the east coast next. Soooo yummy. If you don’t know Friendly’s, well, I’m sorry. Anyway, I used to love the grilled turkey/tomato/cheese on sourdough from Friendly’s and crave it regularly. So today, I used whole grain bread, vegetarian slices of roasted turkey, sliced beefsteak tomatoes, and kraft reduced fat singles to make my own little dreamy treat. I had some mixed greens and then the best part: a goat cheese/honey vinaigrette that I made from scratch. It was amazing.
